Actually on the wharf where my RNR ship is berthed there are weak areas were you are not allowed to park. They have them marked with yellow criss crossing, but I am sure sooner or later when it is snowy of something, someone is going to park in one.........................

surely if it's marked as a double yellow (or X in your case) someone WILL park a car in it, put the hazards on and go and buy some fags or something
