Falken Tyres

Featured Replies

I also had 452's on my old Focus ST and found that they wore much better than the Conti's that were on previously.

had the 452's on the fabia vRS for 30k with no problems, gripped well, not as good as the toyo in the wet. But not bad enough to have a brown pantie moment.

well a bit of an update,- they have arrived this morning. I cant getover how big the tyres are! They look fine to me so just need to find someonw who will fit them in my area as Kwik fit are robbers and ATS refuse to fit tyres which havent been purchased at their depot. Wish me luck!

on my old car (vectra sri), i had goodyear eagle f1s which were good ,when they wore out i tried the falkens, the grip in both the wet and dry was very similar , the only thing i noticed was as they tyres were getting down the grip went off very quickly compared to the f1s which gripped pretty well right to the end. and as i stated earlier they offer very little rim protection. a friend of mine runs his bmw z4 on them , and recently glanced a kerb when parking and scraped his split rims.

over all a good tyre though for the money!

the only downside for me with these tyres , is that they offer very little rim protection!

And I must have a set of naff 452s on my little Fab as they are horrific. Always struggle for grip and horrendous road noise. Deffo will NOT be geting them again!
