YESSSSS ITS HERE !

My Yeti is also a WK39 build, expecting an update as to it's whereabouts this morning. It was in Grimsby at one point but seems to have reverted to Emden!.

Mine too is a Candy white 140 Elegance. It IS a Yeti that's going to get rather dirty and even some mild off roading so no Gobi sand for me - do like it though. I have also decided to stick with black roof rails as black and white contrast rather well - verdict out on that one.

Really could do with it by Friday as off to Snowdonia for the weekend to support a friend doing the Marathon. The alternative is we either go by fortwo or share our friends decrepit Lupo - which may not get there and has far less luggage space than the fortwo!

I agree about the black roof rails... I switched from silver to black when I changed paint colour from black to white...

+1

Had the entire rail been silver like you get on other cars all fine and well but the black front and back with a silver middle bit just looks daft to me - I much prefer the simplicity and solid look of a single black entity. But each to their own I say.

Hi Paul,

just wondering how the snow monster compares to your Ford?

Hi Paul,

It doesnt ! - completely different animal. The Fiesta you could dash about like a loon but I seem to have calmed down now with the yeti there are just so many toys to play with lol.

Its a much better drive all round but then you would expect it from a car that cost 10K more to be fair. That said in that price bracket the new Fiesta is a superb car, but as I turned 50 this year I just wanted to spoil myself and have a car that I could get us and friends in and out of easier and more comfortably.

Love the Yeti though it makes driving fun again instead of a chore.
