Hi there, a friend of a friend has a pd130 bora that seems to have a turbo/boost problem of some sort. It doesnt come on boost untill around 3k and then fluctuates in and out of boost. Could this be a boost leak of some sort or is it an actuall turbo problem. Thanks for any advice :-)

VNT actuator needing set up maybe?

try taking it tot a reputable tuner and getting them to mull over it
