H4 Xenon Hid Headlight Conversion Kit

Featured Replies

Personally, I'd just get the brighter bulbs from www.powerbulbs.com than trying my luck with one of these after market kits. They may not be E marked as they xenon systems should have an auto levelling system fitted as well.

Info not accurate, would only fit older Octys.

must have headlight washer as well as auto leveling i think

Why? H4s are H4s?

The new Octy uses H7

Fabia uses H7/H3 too. Easier and cheaper to get some brighter uprated bulbs (Osram Silver Star etc.) from http://www.powerbulbs.com IMO. :)

Works for me :D

Bengie is right, you must have auto-levelling and washers to use HID Xenons by law.

By law ;)

I retro fitted them to my last car (Integra Type R) and it passed MOT no problem.

That would obviously depend if the MOT operative noticed that they were HID's.........

Of course ;)

You think the Octys headlights are poor - try driving the integra on std lamps. Utter rubbish.

The HID was the best investment i made for the integra. Never mind CAIs, Zorsts, earthing kits - HID rocks.

I still have the kit, ballasts etc - i was trying to source some D2S H4's (and sacrifice main beam as it will never be needed again) to fit to the octy.
