Just after something so I can check for codes to be nosey before it should go to dealer. Its a 2009 FL petrol, don't want to spend much, will this show codes stored?? Thanks.

Won't fully work with the Facelift models.

I've ordered one now, is does say CAN BUS models.

I carry one in the glovebox, great little device for the money, and yes it will do CAN BUS

CAN is not the key point when it comes to the facelift models as it is only the hardware layer which the actual protocol runs on. I am reasonably certain that this tool for several reasons will never properly read fault codes from a bunch of control modules on the facelift models due to missing support for the actual protocols. In any case feel free let us know what you get and if it works - or not.
