Given the right rail convertors, you could put anything in. Other than aftermarket seats (so Recaros, Sparcos or WHY) you might struggle to fit seats from cars that aren't "sister models" - Polo or Ibiza seats should be relatively easy to fit, but then the only real differences are with the trim so you could just get the ones you have re-trimmed...
