Also will the ones off autobulbs trigger the bulb warning?

If they say canbus they are OK, I would always ring to check,I once ordered some from superskoda for the doors and they were totally wrong

I found the canbus ones but they are out of stock.

i found these but i dont know if they will fit due to the width???

Sorry, I meant cars designed and launched from 2004 onwards, like the Citroen C4, the VW mk5 Golf, the Octavia 2 etc, rather than ones designed in say, 2000, like the Fabia.

Shouldn't that be "he knows more than I do" ?

My understanding is that the numberplate light is not covered by the bulb warning system since the manual states:

The warning light  comes on if a light bulb is damaged:

• brakes applied (brake light),

• in lighting (low beam and/or rear light).

A peep sounds as an additional warning signal.

Hence the reason you can fit LED front sidelights without a problem - at least I hope so - I ordered some today!

But then it also states:

We therefore recommend that you have any bulbs changed by a Å koda Service

Partner or, in exceptional cases, by calling on other professional assistance.
