reviews a used Octy vRS and mentions this site as a source for help. Fame at last

I don't agree with all their "faults" comments though. Does anyone else ?

had a read at this whilst in WH smaith today and was pleased to see that most parts are cheaper in the dealer then independantly which has to be a sign of a good brand?

Also did loke the picture of the car ( although i am biased!)

was a bit worried about the battery going flat,as WHEN i get my vrs i go to work on my bike so was hoping this is not true

Nope, mine started first time having been left at Newcastle airport whilst we were on holiday for two weeks

I'm not aware of any common faults other than DPF on diesels and the occasional saw toothing of rear tyres due to incorrect camber settings.

I'm on my second and have had nearly 5 years of hassle free motoring.

mine started first time after 5 months in iraq without it being touched

No bother with mine either even having retro fitted a Bolero which some say drains the battery.
