Mine is Black , i love this forum one comment starts a fresh chat. But on the subject of the OP i can see no reason whatsoever for such an extreme delay in his order and to be quite honest at 18 weeks (picked from preorder list) i was getting close to cancelling.

Has anyone actually seen a 1.6D 4x4 estate? Maybe there's an issue with this engine and the for wheel drive? Is it only Skoda that use this combination or do any other VW group cars mate the 1.6D with a 4x4 drivetrain?

We've given up and are now getting a 2.0D Scout that has a build date.
