Ch's never fitted, so settled for these gonna paint them as they need a clean up bad but I like them, needed time for them to grow on me like.

Smaller tyres ordered for the rears

Cheap enough so I'm happy but think some people will need time for them to grow on them.

dont like them spiders look so much better

these look good polished but on a black car imo

Makes the car look like a Vauxhall Vectra.:giggle:

My mates got those wheels on his old Mercedes 190E!

They look OK, but don't excite me!

the great thing about alloy wheels is the massive number of styles available.

this range should cater for all tastes so we can all show some individuality.

personally i dont like them ......

but hey you probably dont like mine either.

I like them

I looked at the same style but the amg split rim version when I was looking at them, they have a deeper dish than the ones fitted.

B)

I think they look cool  I think they would look better in black though...but that's just me :)

Noooo.

They'll be going a light grey with silver lip. I like em so that's all that matters end of the day.

Thats the spirit bud

your car... your style :smirk: if we were all the same n all that ;)

I like them, suit the stealthy look your car has. I couldn't put up with winding my suspension down that low though.

(now know exactly how my car would look on 18's  )

I think to work they need to be a different colour to the car, anthracite perhaps or black with a silver lip. In comparison I personally prefer the spiders. I think a spoked wheel suites the vRS better than a solid wheel such as the merc ones but it makes no odds what we say do what you like with your car and stand out from the crowd!

Yeah I posted a bit further up the page that they will be going grey with silver lip. I know most people won't like it, I wasn't so sure when I fitted them but they look alot better in person and once painted should bring them out nice. But as people have said we all have diffrent tastes and this fits in nicely with mine :)

Also got a Leon cupra splitter too be fitted too

Forget the leon splitter why not go down the DTM route and match the wheels?

Suspension is being raised tomorrow as long weather stays ok, these Merc wheels are for the winter, will have something different by the time show season comes.

Cheers pal.

This is what I'm thinking colour wise.

I like the alloys in the original silver but not in your second pic.

I've replaced my spiders with Audi TT 6-spokes and have been wondering what colour to do them in. I've decided on copper as my Octy was owned by the Police..............

:)

And sum skoda centers

Just thought I would get a couple of better photo's too show the wheels on the car rather than the iphone picture, I'm thinking of just doing them either satin black centres with silver lip, or just fully silver as I like the clean/fresh look they give the car at the moment, even though both are pretty rotten.

The coilovers will be getting lifted up in the next day or so just to cope with the weather a bit better over the winter period.

sits nicely there reniie, sod lifting it

Hrmmm, still not convinced, its as if its lost its sporty edge without the wheels for me. Im one for OE.

Although if you like em, thats all that counts.
