I've done a fair bit of searching on this to no avail.

The battery in my 3-button remote died so I replaced it.

Now it won't open/ close the car.

The red light works.

I've tried putting the working key in the ignition.

Locking with the 'new' key mechanically.

Pressing the lock button.

Waiting...

Pressing again (I tried double pressing as well).

I've tried it swapping the keys...

Is that the right process or is that for older models?

Any help would be much appreciated as the missus gives me a right talking to for getting it wrong ;-)

Cheers for any help
