Hi

I have a 2006 2.0 T petrol

What gearbox oil do I put in it as it is starting to get abit noisey!

Is there a better oil to put in rather than the reccomended viscosoty?

IMO you would be best to use genuine VAG oil. I tried fuchs and it was even worse than the old VAG oil, drained and put fresh vag oil in and it was sooo much better. Another plus point is VAG oil is cheap.
