hey i was wondering if someone could help me?? i have a basic electronics knowledge!

anyway my question is i have a 2000 fabia 1.4 and the radio is cassette but when i take the key out of the ignition the radio does not turn off?? i looked through manual and found the setting for this but it does not work as i tried it in both modes!

its more annoying than anything of afraid of forgetting about it and then my batt will be dead!

Can't you run a feed straight from the ignition or something that only works with the ignition on?
