Be careful when you go off road!

Ouch! But it was clipped back minutes later and the car looked none the worse for it!

What other parts come off easily - you could then take them off before going off road & hopefully same some money on broken parts later.........

Two conclusions:

1. 17" street tyres don't make it driving in chocolate mousse.

2. Exceed the 180 mm ground clearance or approach angle, and you hit something.

I get the impression that the test driver likes th SM, but don't speak Polish.

It is frustrating that there are quite a few videos around that cover testing in off road situations, but where the language is a bit of a barrier to complete understanding - for me, at any rate! This might be one of the best offroad videos I have seen, but it is difficult to draw firm conclusions..

How I wish I could talk to those guys!

here's another short one - ends just as it is getting interesting for me!:

One comment.....the guy was a t!t trying to drive there!

First rule.....check and assess what you are driving into.

The second video clearly shows ALL 4 WHELLS are turning on the Yeti where there is not enogh traction to move. Haldex works as advertized.

And he told after this small "problem" it was his fault.

He didn't check terrain before jump in. So for me fair enough.

And yes. Tester was very impressed of this car and he liked it.

Only one problem has been founded - very loud roof (no more explanation - I think it was loose upholstery). Car was 8000 km when test has been done.
