New 2011 models?

Be prepared for something wild. Behind the wheel of the Å koda Yeti, every journey is extraordinary. Even more with the all-new 1.4 TSI/90kW combining high performance with a surprinsingly low fuel consumption. The robust yet compact Yeti tackles all terrain with ease, thanks to the permanent 4-wheel drive and the off-road mode as well as the automatic

6-speed DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox).

Copied and pasted from the front page of their corporate website......

So a 1.4tsi with 6 speed DSG and 4WD?

Man im seriously ****ed if this is the case as i just bought mine and would of jumped at this :'(

The blurb does not suggest that there will be a 1.4L Petrol engined 4x4 Yeti or a DSG 1.4L version.... simply that the Yeti can be bought with either a nice 1.4L Petrol engine or 4WD and/or DSG etc.

I do wish we had more options though with regards to engine and transmission combinations...

You don't want permanent 4WD as you'll get clobbered with HEAVY vehicle excise duty charges. Maybe its another error by SUK :dull:

What you guys have to pay isnt what the rest of the world has to pay!.

Over here we just pay for the CC size of the engine as our road tax.

In germany its how much BHP it makes.

Other countrys have different rules.

Anyway the UK sales are actually quite small compared to the rest of europe, so i wouldnt be surprised if this model does exist.
