Playing with my Roomster which has rear electric windows, I wanted to set 1Click Open all doors and on lock to close all the windows.

The initial coding of module 46-Central Convenience was 00018 which seems to make sense as Central Convenience coding, Auto Window Close + 4-Door, according to the table below

So I changed it to 00259, which I thought would be Central Locking with 4 power Windows (Front & Back) + Selective (Single) Door Locking inactive + 4-Door.

However the 1 click open all doors works fine but the windows don't close.

Am I understanding something wrong or can you not make the windows auto close on locking the car.

Post a complete Auto-Scan please, the coding table you are referring to hasn't been updated yet. But let's see if the newer stuff actually applies to your car first...

I did actually email Ross Tech with my autoscan and also the label stuff about address 17 and 25 as that is what their help said.

What does Auto Window Close mean ? Is it the windows shut on door lock from the keyfob or it a held down for a while door shut on the key fob ?

By the way: I enabled Auto Lock, Auto Unlock, Unlock bleep and Lock bleep on Adaption Channels 3, 4, 6 and 7 all OK.

Sorry for the late reply. I've updated the coding table in our WIKI, as you'll see there is a break between MY 2007 and 2008 where they switched the door control modules from CAN onto LIN. That resulted in a different coding table as well. The coding information in VCDS has been updated too, so once we publish the next update this will be corrected as well. Guess all makes sense now?

We've received your files, and I hope to have 17 and 25 covered with a label file as well by the time the next update is being published.
