Bottom pic is where i made a hole to put the cold air feed btw, i used the pipe that originally went from the airbox to the manifold then added a heat sheild, works well touch the k&n filter after a long journey and is still cool.

I had the bumpers smoothed, took the black moulds off the sides, had the boot smoothed and moved the numberplate down onto the bumper, also i had the rear door handles taken out and smoothed off, they now open on poppers and the mud flaps have been removed, i was looking at changing the grill but couldnt find one for a reasonable price which i like and actually could be shipped to UK so i stuck with my DIY mesh grill which i think looks ok.

Next to do:

Custom interior, probs black and white, i would like to change the streering wheel but what do you do about the airbag and horn?????

fit electric windows (had the parts for ages now just havnt go around to fitting them)

Probs change the alloys....

Rear disc conversion

hopefully sometime next year an engine conversion.

I was thinkin that but the bumpers with that slot were like 150quid so nty, maybe a one of those chrome surrond things would make it look more at home?

yeah im gna get either clear or black side repeaters, the black are universal and have Leds quite smart tbf

Ahh, you see I would have got a scrap MK4 Golf bumper, cut the recess out and plastic welded it into the original bumper before having is smoothed and painted.
