Orderd my 4 x Sunny SN3830 snow tyres over a week ago to be deliverd to my local tyre fitters phoned mytyres last week they said they would be here by thursday last week.

We had realy bad snow so i expected a delay I have been trying to phone the tyre place since last thursday but with no answer even emailed them but again no reply so I called into day to see if they had arrived but the place looks to have shut down all shut up with untouched snow all around it??? it hasnt snowed here since thursday.

I have tryed phoneing mytyres all day but i cant get through i have also left a call back message and sent an email I now have no idea where my tyres are ???

any suggestions. :S

Just got through to mytyres they siad the tyres have been returned as they could not deliver they have asked me to phone back in the morning to rearrange delivery means i have to wait even longer cant blame them for the tyre fitter not letting them know he was closeing that will teach me for getting them deliverd to a different address other than my home

That's a bummer - probably better getting them delivered to your home and then taking them to the fitters yourself.

I think that there have been huge amounts of issues with MyTyres as the German government made it a legal requirement to fit winter tyres from last Monday and MyTyres is actually based in Germany/Poland and they have been failing to deliver left, right and centre.

I was going to order off them on friday but found a tyre place that just had a delivery of winter tyres in, they should be delivered today according to the six emails and a txt message they've sent me. Must say that so far i'm well impressed with the servive, i used click on tyres.

Ordered some winter tyres from mytyres about 10 days ago. Emailed them on Monday to ask when they might arrive and got a reply saying they should come on Thursday, but they turned up today - not too bad!
