From my trawling through endless topics on this I still haven't found exactly what I need to know. Hers what I have gathered so far.

I need a 2 button additional key and fob as I only got one with the car and I am looking on ebay for a replacement. I DO have the SKC tag

I need PN 1J0 959 753 N

Some transponders will be locked if they are used with Immo 3

If the key has been used in IMMO 1 or 2 it is be possible to reprogram it.

according to Rosstech

So my question is as 2 button remotes tend to be for older vehicles is it safe to assume that all 2 button fobs are pre immo 3, and are therefore the transponder will be reprogrammable?
