LED sidelight & Canbus = PITA....

Right-I've had LED front sidelights in for 3 months now. All OK, but recently the p/s foglight bulb blew & I haven't got around to replacing it yet. The last week or so the d/s LED sidelight has started to come on when switched on, then go out after about 5 seconds. :( Are the two related? Is it something to do with voltage dropping?? :wonder: I whipped the LED out tonight & it looks OK.....??

Maybe it just needs replaced. Anyone know what their life expectancy is?
