just got a recon 1.9d x reg engine out a caddy with everything on it (100 quid) and have two diesel pumps, being running on cooking oil all summer, up untill my key problem (ombillizzer) what i thought was the diesel pump, and than the bottem end i think, it was spot on,

so new engine and diesel pump, so ill be putting in a bit of white spirit or petol with the weather,

I might put a heat excanger in but i dont think in would help, cause it might thin it a bit but could not get anywhere near the heat of any heater pluges. i think its unnessersery thats all,someone let me know.

would a turbo diesel 1.9d or golf gti 1.9d go in it ? anyone 1 plz

99% pvo(pure veg oil ) and 1% white spirt.

just a update, done about 1500 miles,had to get me battery booster out for a couple of days when it was real cold,but has being starting great since (bran new starter moter) 80 quid of fleabay.

all the wheel nuts at the back passanger side where loses, neally off, when i got in it today, think someones trying to nick me wheels, my baby alarm will be in it from now on.
