Have you put an aftermarket hid kit in?

Yes I have.

I have had it done with great thanks to Hauptmann.

The only settings for HID's in VCDS was "bi-xenon with shutters" added and it works. No fault lights any more.

I have a hids-direct "Ultra" H7 kit on mine, with the dreaded "error cancellers". How do I identify them, and can I remove them, as I now have VCDS to recode them?

should be the first thing between the original wiring and the ballast i guess. From what i have seen when i was looking at buying mine the cancellers are a separate part. If you cant tell speak to hids-direct i am certain they will help.
