Insurance cover 1.4 TDI

Featured Replies

Does anyone can recommend an insurance company for a competitive quote for two senior citizens in the Worcester area! Given up on Saga as they've just pumped up their premiums by quite a bit.

Any recommendations?

Thanks

have u tried those price comparison websites

if it's the only car, you could try chaning the first driver and additional driver and vice versa, see if it makes a difference

Adrianh1, go here (just below)...tell parents to search Cashbackkings and search the car insurance section to see who is giving cashback, sometimes there isn't much available but that can change at anytime so keep checking. Join cashback if they see what they want and make sure to go through their portal to do the deal. The money back is paid directly into your bank account less an annual £5 fee for using their service. I got £79 cashback on my premium for my car making my fully comp insurance on my new estate just £80 for the year with my wife as a named driver. That was with Liverpool & Victoria, not a small concern! That means I saved about £70 over the best quote from the 'gocompare' type sites and got an insurer that I knew. I'm not a pensioner but I'm over 50. I insure all my cars and bikes this way and have saved thousands of pounds in the last few years. Good hunting!

PS. Also got £95 back on House and contents insurance. That got me insurance £80 cheaper than all the best quotes on the gocompare type sites for the house.

Thanks Estateman, excellent idea. Unfortunately, the link suggests CBK's are no longer in business...

Folks, I'm open to more suggestions...

The old man was with AVIVA but has just gone over to Admiral which worked out cheaper for him. To be honest its the same for most people everyone's insurance has increase as they need to make more money for the xmas party, I mean to provide a better service.

Shop about is the best answer, using one of the many compair type websites is a good starting point
