Correct. Most of their customers work on T&D so as a routine that is what the Service Dept switch the servicing to schedule to on all new cars.

To give them their due, the salesman did ask me 6 weeks ago which routine I wanted, to which I said variable, but the message didn't get through to Service Dept.

C'est la vie; we are not all perfect (life would be so dull if we were).
