Hi all,

Central locking kit has arrived, but, as the listing said: parts missing. In fact other than some possible screws and bolts, I'm missing one thing........a front door mounting bracket (the one marked PP). Before I go looking round the breakers, I'd thought I'd ask if anyone here had one kicking around, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease?

Things seem a little confuzed as to whether it's the right or left, as the "instructions" obviously have enjoyed some adventures between their original Czech and what I'm reading ;-)

The instructions will be for a LHD car, so mechanical left and right are the same, but electrical left and right are generally reversed (certainly in terms of the door loom colouring, I know). Also any reference to where certain things are behind the dash may need a bit of interpretation as some parts are in similar places and others aren't.

Oh I kinda sussed that bit ;-) Also glad I only have to run 2 doors as well. :-D

Quote the manual:

"LP - for the left front and the PZ for the back right doors

PP for the front and LZ for the back left doors"

.....as I said, the instructions have enjoyed many adventures during translation. ;-)

(My deduction is L and 1stP are left and right and 2ndP and Z are front and back, but I don't speak Czech ;-) )

I have the LP, but need the PP bracket. The next resort is down the breakers at the weekend. Just thought I ask about in here 1st :-D
