Front Bumper due to come off

Featured Replies

Well i noticed the other day one of my fog lights has broken and i know it is a Bumper off jobbie!

So what i was wondering was:

While i hve the front bumper off what is worth doing while i have it off?

- Change both foglights, with laminex on them (also a fix to stop them fogging up....)

- 5l Washer bottle mod.

- ????

Big mouth is tempting but only for the looks it has no pratical use yet, and i dont think i will ever get round to FMICing :(

You could fit the front bumper to the back of the car and see what a backwards furby would look like?!

Front parking sensors so you can park blind folded for a great party trick? (clutching at straws here!)

You could clean out the SMIC... prob got at least a bit of oil collecting in there by now..

Fit an airhorn that play la cucaracha!

Apparently the Xenons are frikking expensive (hundreds??) or they were. They have 'special' gas and come in smaller as a unit so if you do then it has to be a yes to the 5L screen washer bottle.

count the stonechips in the radiator if your bored emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

Pikey arch vent mod ??

nice and easy when the bumpers off :)

Pass ! I have it on mine, but never had the car throughout warm weather, so hard to gauge, for the price, it's probably worth it lol

Googled Xenons which means you have space for 5L washer bottle.

H7 35w CAN Bus Xenon HID Conversion Kits = £139 including VAT,

Better lights and more screen wash = nice plan.

I dont want to add Xenons because the work involved to too much for just the benifit of lights..... i am more than happy to just put better bulbs in.

Its as the Xennon cars have a 5L bottle to compensate for light washers.

Install into a none xenond car plug up the second hole for the lights pump = Less refills. win win.
