Featured Replies

As ive said in a previous post, my headlamp aim has dropped, so a easy fix would be to fit a pair of these horrendous looking things to my fun

I'd have to disagree, I think they're kinda cool. Am a great advocate of 1 thing doing 1 job instead of trying to do 2 things, usually quite badly. Have put a pair of these on my wish list for Thunderbird 4. They'll take HID units as well :-)

Seriously though, 5 minutes with a crosshead screwdriver would sort out the aim of the current lights.

Joda: They aren't morette, they are ZKW headlights.... I have them on my car. :)

Front lights are original for racing skoda felicia. Only about 20 sets. I bought them in terrible state, i repaired modified them shortly (side marker was added).

Your Fun looks Fantastic with them, i like the way you have done the indicator!

i really want some now!!

I have looked at the aim on my existing lights, but cant seem to make any difference, how do you remove the headlight, as i need to take out the pipework from the adjuster ?

The headlights are held on by 4 screws each - 2 above, 2 below. As it's a pre-facelift front-end you'll need to remove the grill piece to get at the lower ones - 2 screws attaching it to the slam panel from above, apparently. Hopefully there's enough room behind the Fun bumper extension to manoeuvre it out of the way, or else you may need to loosen the front bumper too.

yea, i undone the two top screws, but the grill part still seemed held, so by the bumper!

im replacing the wings over christmas so will sort it then

thanks

Ah, my mistake, it seems I can't read properly today - there's also a nut either side of the radiator holding it on from behind, and a bolt at each end which you need to take the indicators out to get at. Sorry!

Thanks. :)

I have screws from engine space, so i don't need to remove front grill...
