Which would you go for?

Featured Replies

Both vRS:-

Manual estate in silver with xenons and rear parking sensors with less than 100 miles on the clock, or

DSG hatch in white with auto dimming mirror, auto lights, auto wipers, rear parking sensors, parrot, maxidot, paddle shift, MF steering wheel with 5500 miles on the clock

If I trade in my CR170 diesel Superb estate I would receive £2k in my pocket from the estate vRS deal or £1k from the hatch deal.

I know it's a personal thing but I'm undecided - I wanted the estate but tried the DSG for the first time today and really loved it!

Your thoughts please.

What is the more attractive to you? Estate or DSG? That seems to be the trade off.

I like both, but would opt for the estate in these circs.

Best of luck!

Why are you so keen to get rid of the Superb?

Go for the DSG, so relaxing to drive. Very impressed with mine

IMO on the Octavia you hardly get any extra space with the estate

I love the DSG box, but I also need an estate, so I guess you need to work out what you need?

Why are you dropping the Superb? In many way it's a better car than the Octavia.

It's another personal thing - the seating in the vRS is more comfortable for me believe it or not. It would be a shame for the Superb to go but comfort over rides everything otherwise there's no enjoyment in driving.

I went for the estate as I wanted the roof rails and didn't like the way the roof bar feet fitted to the hatch.

I would like to have had DSG though.
