fabia wont start

Hello all,

My wifes fabia 1.4 petrol 2002 will not start. I would turn over, until she flattened the battery, but there was no sign or sound of any fuel.

We have had the car a acouple of years and there's something niggly telling me we've had this issue before, I 'm thinking fuel pump relay.

Anyone know the location of this.
