vRS Turbo has his done and looks amazing! look up his progress thingy he has loads of pictures and stuff

Mine are done in Very dark grey/black leather and while it looks nice in a subtle way, it's not spectacularly noticable. Will try and get you some pics if you want.

Here are mine, done in November 2008 by The Seat Surgeons in York. Apologies for the blurriness...

Not strictly relevant to the SE (unless you want to pick up on the blue contrast) but if someone's going two-tone on the seats with black as the primary, you can get a good effect by going two-tone on the door cards. The front just needs the contrast colour but the backs need the bottom trimming in black to give this effect:

The leather door cards and complete seat retrim cost £800 from memory, about 2 years ago...
