After having a second instance of coming out to the car of a morning to find all 4 windows wound down an inch or so I would really like to disable this feature.

I strongly suspect its a case of remote key button being inadvertently pushed so not a fault per se, more of an accident waiting to happen. Anyone have any ideas how to or experience of disabling this function? Is it something a dealer can do for me, would I need to point him to the relevant variable to disable?

Any thoughts or insights most welcome.

Mines a DSG so came with the multifunction steering wheel and I *think* I read somewhere on here Maxidot was included by default.

If you've got a large display in front of you rather than a short one, you've got maxidot.

Yes, you will have Maxidot then.

This basically enables you to change lots of different settings yourself without a visit to the dealer using the buttons on the end of your wiper stalk and the screen in between the rev counter and speedo.

Unfortunately I do not know the menu selections you need to make to get to the settings you need but I am sure someone will be along soon to advise!
