PW9 option on the Skoda Config Tool - auto dimming drivers side mirror

Featured Replies

Hi

I ordered my Yeti a couple of weeks ago, namely a 110 4x4 Elegance in Steel Gray with Onyx leather with the following options: spare wheel, front sensors, heated windscreen, rough road pack, tyre pressure monitor and mud flaps

Just for fun I ran the Skoda car configuration the other day and noticed that there is another option that appears to be available PW9 (at £0) which is auto dimming drivers side mirror with memory function and boarding spots.

I have checked with my dealer and he thinks that it is an option that is linked to the electric seats and he he is checking to see if it can be ordered on it's own and what the cost is.

Has anyone managed to order this on it's own and if so what was the cost or is it linked to the electric seats as the dealer thinks

Dileas

It is linked to the electric seat option.

Hi Dileas,

bar the exterior colour you've ordered the same Monster as myself B) The auto dimming and boarding spots are standard anyay, it's only the memory function that's associated with the elec seat.

Hi TP

Thanks for the info. It was really the auto dimming mirror that was of interest and I had not realised that it was standard. Looks as if I did not need to trouble the dealer after all.

Believe it's just the drivers side wing mirror that dims, along obviously with the centre mirror.

And don't get us started on folding door mirrors ...

Unfortunately that is correct, though I have no idea why the passenger door mirror isn't, as it was on my old octavia.
