I didn't need to, the front turned out of the way and the rear I used a torx bit in a 1/4" drive ratchet and socket.

so if i go to a diy shop, do i say 'can i have a torx bit in a 1/4" drive ratchet and socket' and they'll know what i mean

55, as TSI says...wheels can stay in place whilst you do the job. You need a torx bit size no: T25 if my memory serves me correctly. I'm not in a position to be absolutely sure at this moment. I'll try to check it early tomorrow for you. As you may know, these torx bits will fit into a 1/4" drive socket screwdriver or a ratchet fitting. You will find it an easy job. The shop needs to know the drive size...1/4" is normal, and the 'T' number which I will double check for you.

55, yep...just checked and it's the 'T25' size torx bit you require. I would always suggest a 1/4" drive for this job. So make sure you have a suitable 1/4" drive screwdriver or ratchet with a suitable adaptor. Good luck buddy and Happy New Year!

I used a Allen Key for the rear mudflaps and a stubby torx screwdriver for the fronts.
