downpipe with decat thats the restriction not the intake hose.

Don't wish to hi-jack the thread but i am booked in to powerflow next week and they are fitting a down pipe and replacing standard cat with a 200cel as i don't want any hassle come MOT time. Will this still make a good difference in the restriction?

Ouch, I'm going to decat as my mate can do MOT's for me. Think you can get a decat for under £100. If you can't find a friendly MOT station then I guess you have little choice.

No such thing as a friendly MOT tester where i am unfortunately :'(
