Looking for an answer to Johann's query with the wipers on the Maxidot, I came across a setting for Winter tyres, and two options, plus and minus 5mph. Is this to adjust for the different size winter tyres and speedo readings? When I had the 215/60/16 winter tyres fitted, all I did was reset the TPM to let it know. Should I have ticked one of the boxes? Tony

It's just a speed warning. Page 27 in the user manual:

Winter tyres

Here you can set at which speed a warning signal should sound. This function is used

for e.g winter tyres with the permissible maximum speed less than the maximum

speed of the vehicle.

When exceeding the speed, the following is displayed on the information display*:

Winter tyres: max. speed ... km/h
