Some of you may remember last time I tried to do this it just turned into a slanging match

This time round I have experienced a few problems with my order but mostly due to me moving away

from London and having to redirect my post coupled with postal delays due to snow and Xmas.

I contacted the seller 2 days ago as when the goods finally arrived they had the SEAT logo on them.

This seller sent me a response yeasterday which had me falling about laughing so I thought I'd share it with you.

The reply is unedited and pasted here as sent.

Dear grr666garry,Dear Sir, I am so sorry , i sent you replacements yesterday and pretty sure i sent the right ones. Did you reciev the package today. I sent you the tracking number yesterday and they were sent to the new address.I have disciplined the retard who sent the seat badges to you. Infact i think the replacements he sent you yesterday were seat aswell.Sir I am sending you some SKODA today special delivery before 9 tommorow.I will enclose a first class stamped envelope for you to return the 2 sets of unwanted badges back to me. I cant appologise enough, i promise you though he was slapped hard.Your tracking number for tomorrow is *****************

As it happens, the "retard" did send me the correct items so I am waiting for the final set to arrive so I can post them back to the seller.

The reply really did make me laugh though as I spent most of yesterday attending a funeral I really needed cheering up and the response

was waiting for me when I returned home. It certainly did that.... Can't help but wonder how the poor guy was disciplined.

It happens to us all at times in the mail order business, at least the guy tried to correct the possible mistake before you received your package.

I think he should be commended for his pre-empted actions.

Blaming someone else and covering it with humour is an age old trick (that i have never ever used Mr Manager! :|)
