I am a compulsive modifier....be it Cars, Phones, Gadgets, RC models.....if it can be made better / Faster/ individual etc ....I'm there at the front of the Que..... I'm regularly on XDA, I have an HTC HD2 and am looking at going from WinMo to Android NAnd, anyone done this on here with their HD2 and can confirm whether the Rsap function works when its Running Android? or is the Rsap functionality purely a WinMo related thing? i would have thought it would have been part of the Bluetooth stack

Yes in answer to the title but I'm afraid I can't answer the specific question.

RSAP is a winmo thing, the hardware might support it but it needs software drivers and bluetooth stack that supports it which is sadly lacking from all but the latest version of Android.

I have a HTC TD2 which is running an XDA developers firmware, which has released quiet a lot of potential out of what is now quiet an old phone.

I got the HD2 when it first came out and to be honest it was so far ahead of the competition when it came out that looking around now for it's replacement has left me in somewhat of a quandry. I really like the Desire HD but its specs other than the camera are almost identical, other than it running Android, to the HD2 and it does not support Rsap, the only android phone supporting RSAP so far is the Galaxy S ( so it is possible) I don't know of other Android phones that offer support......
