Leather seat care / Door noise problem FL

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I've been getting some bad lines in my leather seats and would like to know which leather care product people recommend.

Also the driver side door there seems to be a rattle kinda noise coming from the middle lumbar support area.

Its been into the garage twice but they just put rubber sealant on the doors and nothing else, and its not fixing the problem. any one got any ideas?

cheers!

Not sure about the doors but many people just use ordinary baby wipes for their leather stuff - really good on seats etc seemingly - they are also cheap and dont take a lot of room in the glove box.

This is not a good idea really. There is a company called Dr Leather and they do about 150 wipes for 30 quid. I know it sounds expensive but they do work and do not extract essential oils.

Conditioners do not really work on coated leather seats, it is all a bit of a myth that conditioners are required. Regular cleaning, even wiping with a damp cloth works wonders.
