Can I enable the cornering fog?

Hi,

My car is Skoda Fabia II model 5J. I borrowed a VAG-COM last week. The car has no 46 module and the 09 module is 18D 937 086. The 09 module has a default long code, it's 26bytes long, the value is 7C908B3808810C0000000000361A1C800000C060600200003000.

So is there any information about the definition of 09 module? Can I enable the cornering fog function of the car?
