I have a problem in that whenever I fold the mirrors then unfold I lose the positions (angles) the mirrors were prevously set at and have to readjust them again using the controls

Any advice on how to stop this happening?

this happens to mine if I just 'flip' them back out, I guess the vibration must alter the mirror position, I put them back into position hloding them all the way!

Same with the Superb - there is a little bit of 'play' in the mirror housing and this will lead to the problem. I don't use the function unless I HAVE to given this problem.
