Hi David yes I did get extras put on,sat nav amundsen, esp +,curve projector lights, mudflaps and silver fabia door sills, metallic black magic pearl paint, the alloys and the spare wheel

Presuming you have had a chance to test them, how do the curve projector lights work out for you ? I ordered mine on the VRS not quite knowing what they were other than they help round corners i believe.

I am coming from 2 cars that have had Xenons and presumed the lights would help in some fashion as Xenons not on the options list.

Thanks

they work under 40mph perfect for country lanes and dark street corners, the light although not xenon they are bloody brilliant plenty of light, the fabia does not come with xenons at all

Don't let my missus see these pics... I've only just managed to convince her not to get black... but then that Elegance certainly does look nice :)

Hi superbalcious you know shes right once you've gone black you will never go back,i umd and ad for a fair bit but everyone say's its the best colour for the fabia all the other colours makes the car look old hat,the black makes any car look good but c'mon you've got to admit she's fine, let the missus decide and she'll always go black, black, black and more black please:giggle:

You clearly don't know my missus :giggle:

Just shown her the pics... I knew what the response would be though... "told you black was the best colour"... this is even though my black (solid) Saab 93 is covered in fine scratches which no end of polishing seem to be able to get rid off. That was my main reason for trying to convince her not to buy black. Hopefully a metallic black won't be quite as bad :wonder:

Hi pete yes black will show scratches worse than any colour, however i will give it a good waxing often and as this may be my final car before getting to the pearly gates may invest in a re-spray in years to comeB)
