Hello all. I'm happy to be a new member of the Briskoda Forum. Bit of info about me then.

My cars :

Skoda Fabia 1.4 8v Classic Estate in Cayanne Metallic. No options at all.

Honda Conerto Blaise 1.6i 16v.

Totally knackered old 1.1 Metro.

TVR 400SE in Giallo Fly yellow.

Fabia is now coming upto 3 years old. I've been delighted with the car. Performance has not been an issue for me. I've got the Tiv in the gararge for the weekends.

I've been amazed by the build quality and the superb ride. It's like a small Jag !

Problems over the 3 years and 18,000 miles.

Couple of blown headlamp bulbs and a few anoying rattles from the dash and roof headlining.

I've just ordered a new Fabia Elegance estate in Sahara metallic for delivery in March.

Options are :

Sahara matallic paint

Door sill covers

Sunroof

16" Poli Wheels

Complaints : long time to wait !

My Octy is in the same colour as your current Fab, it was listed as "Orange" in the ad when I bought it, "Brown" on one MOT cert and "Red" on another! I personally like to think of it as "russet"

Hi guys, I'm at desperation stage here. Changed bearings on the car. Ball joints also changed. The threads on my TREs were goosed from getting the busy off, so I bought new ones to replace them. My issue is the jam nuts. I have watched/read pretty much everything that's out there, yet these things won't budge. Tried heat, spray etc. Is it definitely clockwise for both to loosen them off you are looking at the hub from the outside of the wheel arch? Lefty loosey when looking from the insid

Hi new to the site I have just purchased a 2008 superb Laurin and klement edition in dark blue with cream leather 118000 with original wheels athou the wheels need full refurb i think they are diamond cut but maybe someone could correct me could anyone tell me how many were produced in mk1s and are they a rare car I would have preferred the 1.9 as apose to the 2.0 litre but it drives just a good and coud not find this edition in a 1.9 but I don't think they did a laurin klement in a 1.9 tdi but

Generally, i dont like to be one of those people to open up another topic that has been exhausted time and time again, but after extensive research, i really am struggling to find a forum response that matches fully with my issue.
