Octavia Estate, Water Ingress Passenger Footwell

Featured Replies

Hello, first posting on here so any advice, help, tips welcome.

I have a 51 plate Octavia Ambiente Estate 1.9 TDI.

Passenger footwell carpet absolutely soaked. Doorseal ok and no signs of leak. Inspected underneath and all ok, no obvious points of water ingress.

I'mtold by Skoda that the rear washer pipe runs through with the nearside cable trunking so am going to get carpets up and have a good look.

Anyone else had any similar problems, any help appreciated.

cheers

If it's a leaky screenwash pipe, it should smell (and taste) like screenwash. ;-)
