Higher idle when started from cold?

Hi guys just noticed our week old vrs has a slightly higher idle when started from cold, as soon as the car is driven it settles back down... is this normal

Sorry for the stupid question, but have not driven a petrol for 4 years!

Yes, totally normal.

Indeed, just the ecu controlling the idle until the engine warms up :)
