A cd has become jammed in the CD MP3 player headset and won't eject. Worse of all it is now coming up No CD!!!

Is there any way (other than a surgical axe or hiring a costly audio technician ) I can retrieve this disc?

Just tried that but to no avail :( Just makes a clicking sound in the player.
