Yep! Mainly down to cost and also ability to easily take it off if I sell the car.....

Mike - if you're that curious about what a pukka tuning box will be like, take a trip to Bromley's in Chorley.

They do the Tunit Boxes - http://www.tunit.co.uk - and they will set one up on your car for you for a no-obligation trial...

I got one off eBay which was branded as Dragon. Cost me around 30 quid and allegedly produces 25-30% more bhp and torque, although I've not had that verified. The butt dyno notices a big difference though

With the box on, the car is more economical (sorry Ivan ), smoother, pulls stronger and has a much wider power band. Takes less than 5 minutes to fit, and I've run it for the best part of 12k miles without a hiccup or any ECU faults being logged. Best 30 quid I ever spent on a car, and there's currently a group buy going on for something very similar but for even less money

Given that my car weighs over two metric tons, and a Smart a lot less, that's probably proportional!

Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi

Bit of a long shot here. I have very recently bought a 66 plate Superb estate, which came with a steel 16" spare in the boot. It also came with the foam insert and tool kit for the 18" wheel, which obviously doesn't work. Does anyone have the foam insert from an old 16" sat around that they would be prepared to sell? The garage I bought from were not the most helpful, and I don't think that is likely to change any time soon. Cheers in advance.

I got just the new software version 1989. Curious what's it is gonna bring. Already satisfied with 1985 but i love gadgets and up to date materials. One thing from the beginning with software 1969 til now mine park to pay or pay to park still not working. But i am not using that anyway to prices of parking are ridiculous. So i hope this one is even better then 1985 we will see.

I pressed and held down all four window switches the other day when I put the dog in the car from the kennels. I don't know if I've over-strained something by holding the driver's button down for 2 seconds too long, because there's a feint tapping noise now and the auto function has stopped. Do I just try the 5 second reset trick or have I knackered something?

How to set up two users on a 2025 Superb L&K

We have just bought a second hand L&K and wish to set up two users like we did on our 2016 version but cannot work out how to do it. It seems to need a smart phone but I don't have one nor do I wish to use one. Microsoft Copilot gives lots of advice but none work (Pretty much normal for Copilot). Seat positions are OK with the buttons at the side but I like things such as distance units in SI whereas my wife likes imperial. Any advice how we can set the machine up?
