I just got my fabia sdi 2003.

The wishbone rear rubber have gone and I mean big time gone! The car has had new wishbones in its past in service history and yet car only on 35k. This seems werid to me does the fabia destroy them? This normal? Any advice on changining them? They are the rear mounts where teh bush sits in chasis and wishbone pokes through bush.

Its a common fault on Fabia's. Most people uprate them with ones from the Ibiza Cupra.

My local garage no longer uses the OEM ones and uses solid ones as a direct replacement.

Doh. Ordered stock ones off my mate (works in a motor factors so only £20 for a pair and will have tomorow to fit tomorow PM. If they go again il get some Cupra ones.
