Anybody got any decent routes located in or around the North West?

All the ones currently posted on here seem decent routes, just a big drive beforehand to get to them!

There is normally a drive arranged around either Cumbria or the Yorkshire Dales

Yep, you should have some good routes right on your doorstep. I'd go up and disappear into the Forest of Bowland too. Not covered much round that area myself, but I'm sure you'll find some interesting stuff. Half the fun is finding unexpected cracking roads I think :)

I do like the Forest of Bowland, that is on my doorstep too.

I was thinking more of a proper route though, like the one above.

Well I've got a couple of drives in mind 2011. One will be an all day affair, taking in some of the best roads of Cumbria. Your more than welcome to tag along... :thumbup:
