Couple of questions

Featured Replies

Sealed the deal today on a black 56 plate vrs! Just have to wait till next friday to get it because it needs a service and MOT. It has the mfd2 in it and was just wondering about replacing it with the columbus. 1) Is it worth it? 2) Is it a straight swap? I know you have to replace the trim but are all the connections the same to take the mfd2 out and put the columbus in.

Also I want a bluetooth kit fitted and have seen the intergrated bluetooth system on http://octavia-vrs.com. It looks a bit complicated and I don't particularly want to go fiddling around, would the dealer be able to do this or an independant firm and if so how much?

I haven't used them personally but http://www.oemretrofits.co.uk/ do what you are looking for. Get some feedback from people who have done this before you splurge any cash though !

The Columbus will go in but you'll need a CANBUS upgrade to stop you getting a flat battery! Search the forums, there's a few threads on this!
